At The RightNights, we take great care in crafting our candles and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we’re here to help.

Returns
You may return your item within 14 days of receiving your order, provided it is unused, unburned, in its original packaging, and in a condition suitable for resale.

To initiate a return, please email us at therightnights@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for your return. We’ll provide you with instructions on how to return your item. Please do not send items back without contacting us first, as this may delay your refund.

Refund Eligibility
Refunds are available under the following conditions:

The item is returned within 14 days of delivery

The product is unused and in its original condition

The packaging is intact and undamaged

Custom or personalised items cannot be returned unless they are faulty or damaged
We reserve the right to refuse refunds if the item shows signs of use or damage not caused in transit.

Damaged or Faulty Items
If your candle arrives damaged or faulty, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery by emailing therightnights@gmail.com with a description and clear photos of the issue. We will offer a full refund or replacement at no extra cost to you. Faulty items reported after 48 hours will not be eligible for a refund.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, you’ll receive a confirmation email. If the return is approved, we will process your refund to your original method of payment within 5–7 business days.

Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the item was faulty or damaged upon arrival.

Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges at this time. If you wish to receive a different item, we recommend returning the original item for a refund (if eligible) and placing a new order.

Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item is faulty or damaged. We recommend using a trackable service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of items sent without tracking.

Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund after 7 business days:
